When you team up to sell your property with M & M Realty, we will guide you through the entire process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth closing.

CHECK OUT OUR CURRENT LISTING PROMOTION -  1.5% LISTING FEE

• 1.5% Listing Firm fee
• $300 non-refundable deposit - this deposit will be deducted towards the total listing fee promotion (Ex. Listing/Sales Price $300,000.00 - 1.5% is $4,500.00 listing promotion - $300 deposit = $4,200.00 due at closing) 
• Seller may offer buyer's agent commission - specific amount or percentage of the sales price (Ex. 1-3% or $5,000.00)
• listing through REIN (Real Estate Information Network) MLS and online listing with Zillow, Redfin, Estately, Homes, and other real estate search engine including real estate firm and agent's personal website
• use of REIN MLS contracts and addenda
• up to 40 photos - seller may provide us their own photos or M & M Realty will take some photos
• REIN and contractor lockbox (please provide 2 keys)
• scheduling of all listing appointments ( Ex. Mon-Sun 9am-7pm or 1 hour notice)
• listing firm yard sign (optional)
• assist in offer, counter offer reviewn and contract negotiation 
• coordinate closing transaction appointments to ensure contract deadlines are met
• closing assistance
• minimum 60 days listing agreement per REIN MLS
• option to withdraw or terminate the listing at any time with 3 days written notice
• free listing extension until the house is sold
• no open house
