Choose an experienced buyer-agent who will help and be there to walk you through the entire process of buying a home. As you may know, this service is FREE to buyers since buyer's agent are paid by the sellers or builders after the transaction is completed.
Prior to viewing any homes, buyers are encouraged to GET PRE-APPROVED from a mortgage lender to find out their mortgage loan qualification base on their lender's criteria such as employment, debt, income, and credit history. The lender will inform buyers of their pre-approval amount, estimated mortgage payment, possible interest rate, estimated down payment (if needed) and their estimated closing costs. A good lender should also provide needed information to prepare any buyers for future approval.
